Before dwelling is first occupied, access drive shown serving existing and proposed dwellings to be surfaced with tarmacadam/ concrete/ similar hard bound material (not loose aggregate) for distance of at least 5metres back from edge of private road and area of 'no-dig' construction maintained as shown on approved Existing Tree Protection Plan. Specified areas to be so maintained at all times. 9. Dwelling not to be occupied until scheme for boundary treatment, agreed under terms of above condition is completed. Walls, gate pier and gate posts either side of access to be retained at all times afterwards. 10. Before building works start, visibility splay of 2.4metres x 43metres to be provided across site frontage, out of private road on to Barrow Road. This shall thereafter be permanently so maintained. Car parking facilities shown within curtilage of existing and proposed dwellings to be provided and made available for use before proposed dwelling is first occupied and after to be permanently so maintained.
